Team At Cedar House

David Kitcher

David Kitcher

Registered Home Manager

Hi, I’m Dave and I am the Registered Manager of Cedar House. I have worked in Residential Child Care for almost 23 years, holding most positions in that time, including Night Care Worker and Registered Manager. I am also a Systemic Practitioner, having completed intermediate training in Family Therapy, as well as Level 2 in Dyadic Developmental Practice.

I believe attachment relationships are central and at the core of everything we do to support and care for children and young people, and with consistency and time, I have observed positive changes and outcomes occur in young people’s lives.
