Support Worker, Donlha, demonstrated the art of making butter to the rest of the staff and the residents all enjoyed the end result on scones with jam and strawberries as an afternoon treat.
Donlha used left over cream to make homemade butter and everyone who tasted the butter agreed that it was really good!
