Gym Sessions

A group of residents at Ashwell Lodge have started their fitness journey and are supported by Mental Health Support Worker Peter to go to the BH Live gym at the Littledown Centre every week to work out. Whether the goal is to improve cardiovascular health, to build strength, to promote flexibility and mobility, or all of the above – the most important thing is to be consistent. One resident reports an uplift in mood and better sleep, and another describes feeling proud of committing to goals in the gym. 

We too are so proud of our residents for putting the work in to improve their health and fitness!
