At Ashwell Health and Well-being, we understand the importance of raising awareness about health risks that impact our residents’ well-being. Recently, we had the privilege of collaborating with the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Services to address the critical issue of smoking risks. Despite their demanding schedules, representatives from the Fire and Rescue Services generously dedicated their time to engage with our residents. They shared invaluable insights and visual resources, effectively communicating the dangers associated with smoking.
In addition to knowledge sharing, the Fire and Rescue Services went above and beyond by providing fire retardant bedding to one of our residents. This thoughtful gesture not only underscores their commitment to safety but also highlights the importance of proactive measures in safeguarding our community.
