Over the summer holidays myself, Steve, Adam and my brothers are taking a trip to climb Snowdon. We are doing this trip to raise money for the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and to raise awareness for all the good work they do there.
Before the summer holidays, we planned a trip to Snowdon to climb a mountain with the Cedar House team and my brothers. We concluded that we would do it for a charity because we would like to do it for a good cause. We have been doing weekly preparations with Adam. We have been doing things like long hikes, and hill sprints with a weighted bag, this preparation has been a great achievement and has taken a great piece of reflection on the Cedar team and why it’s nice to be doing things for the community.
